Our longest Par 5 is a really challenging hole and many will tell you that it's handicap rating of 11 doesn't reflect how difficult it is. For the mid to high handicapper it will take 3 very good shots to get to the green.

Spraying any shot into the trees lining the fairway will certainly add a stroke to your score.

A driver down the centre to left side of the fairway is ideal to set up for your second shot. Unless you are a very long hitter your second will be either just short or a bit long of the drain at the apex of the fairway, leaving a mid to long third shot into the large green that slopes from back to front.
